Development Pathway Officer
- Develop youth coaching & events
- Liaise with Go Ride officer to identify, train & support coaches
- Liaise with web master & HARIBO Beacon Cycling Team to promote and share information and opportunities

Ride Captain
- Develop club rides & events
- Identify ride captains (beginners, intermediate, advanced)
- Liaise with web master to promote and share information and opportunities
- Present objectives for this area of the club to members in April
Treasurer
- Responsibility for producing club financial reports
- Management of cash flow, cash in and out.
General Secretary
- Minute taking at committee meeting
- Approval of minutes for information share
- Chair sub committee.
Membership officer
- Administer membership (existing & new)
- Record keeping of membership
- Produce membership stats (license holders, BC memberships, areas of interest etc.)

Go ride officer
- Promote and manage Go Ride coaching and activities

Breeze officer
- Identify and promote club Breeze activities
- Lead Breeze working group

Introduction officer
- Contract for new prospective members
- Identify and promote club rides
- Lead club ride working group

Press Officer / Communications officer
- Collate and publish club news (and committee minutes) on website.
- Manage social media for club
- Submit press releases and club promotion to local media
Kit officer
- Feasibility study into kit suppliers (cost, lead time, quality) and kit distribution.
- Managing kit orders with manufacturer & distributing to members.
Welfare officer
- Proactively promote membership safety (promote safety equipment, advertise safer cycling, align with BC safety points, educate & advise members & drivers, promote cycling etiquette & best practice, BC cycle training scheme, communicate with members via webmaster / comms officer
- Identify & provide member support (for example after an accident)
